The management of your property actually starts after it has been rented out adequately and in accordance with legal regulations by Parkstone. We charge 1-month gross rent incl. VAT per rental mutation as commission

Below you will find an overview of the most important matters that fall within our rental services:

• Advising you as the owner regarding the suggested rental price to be used when leasing the property (again).
• Drawing up the advertisement in consultation with our management department and offering it on the various rental platforms, such as Pararius, Funda, as well as making it known within our own customer database.
• Conducting viewings in coordination with our management department and placing the correct tenant.
• Notifying the owner that the property is for rent, immediately after the lease cancellation has been announced by the manager.
